was glad that I was able to step-up for the team.
Blocking is most important for my role on offense.

We definitely work on it and watch film to try and help us.
We had another great game plan and our coaches put us in the right
places.
(Goodpasture) We have to stay focused
this week as it is just another game for us.
We have to work hard in order to keep winning. |

#23 – William Officer

needed this win and we can win when we work hard.
(4 TDs) It ties the most for
me in varsity and I was glad to do my part. |

#35 – William Stevens
. . . (defensive plan for game) Their
quarterback is a good athlete and we knew we had to keep him shut down.
We didn’t look good at times.
The playing conditions were not good due to the rain but we have to learn
to play through that. Both teams
were hurt by it.
(getting the win) The victory is a
relief and we can not give up when we are down.
The momentum is up and we have to practice hard in getting ready.
The win definitely ups our morale. |

#40 – Chris Safley
. . . (getting the win) Last week
they struck early. We can’t get
frustrated and have to make some plays and play as a team.
We are a young team and it has been a wake-up call.
We have to prepare, work hard and focus.
This could be the start of the snowball rolling downhill for us. |

42 – John McAlister
. . . (defense) It will give us
confidence for our next game and it is something to build on.
(helping younger guys in preparing
for Goodpasture) As seniors we have to provide encouragement and focus at
all times. We will have to be ready
to play and prepare in practice next week. |

#55 – Davis Hudson
. . . (offensive line) The offensive
line has helped to give confidence to our backs.
They run hard and we have to open the holes for them.
Having long TD runs helps us but we have also been able to put together
long drives. We can be a team that
produces points if we play hard and finish.
(Goodpasture) We have to play
our hearts out as a team. You never
forget this game and we have to play hard. |
