| Scuffle Takes
Place at the Jeff Fisher Show |
Opry Mills
Mall, Nashville-Monday December 9, 2002
Titans Mascot, T-Rac attacked Mustang Senior Reed Stinson and Coach
Tim Taylor's son tonight at the Live Telecast of the Jeff Fisher show.
Assistant Lipscomb Coach, Scott Tillman came to the rescue of the two,
which ended up as a melee. Tillman responded by jumping on top of the
two with Taylor stuck on the bottom. "So I picked up T-Rac and body
slammed him to the floor and laid on top of him until he could whistle
Dixie," said Tillman. Titan Cheerleaders came to the rescue of the
loveable mascot and then it got nasty. WKRN TV Floor managers came and
broke up the altercation. Drinks were spilled, a chair was broken and
pieces of clothing laced with Titan blue were strewn around the area.
Coach Mac, who witnessed the whole episode, just shook his head and
added ".....he ain't right." We are not sure who he was
referring to. T-Rac, Tillman, and the Cheerleaders were separated and
the mascot was banned to the other side of the room. The Cheerleaders
went on and poised for pictures with Mustang Seniors, David Walker and
Seth Martin. Titan officials on the site gave young Taylor a WKRN Flag
and confirmed with WKRN that they would be responsible for the damages
to the set and would have the cheerleader's outfits repaired. |

Coach Tillman and T-Rac after the
scuffle was broken up. |

Another picture with WKRN floor
manager checking out the damage. |
Additional Pictures from last night's show with The Mustangs. The
Mustang defense was featured
on the show as the Titan's Prep Player of the Week. Highlights from the
Blue Cross Game was shown
during the 7:00PM Telecast.
